Picture waking up on a hillside, the scent of vineyards drifting through the air and the sea just audible in the distance, only 1.5 km away. Our apartments sit along Colle Reciso, the road that links Portoferraio harbour to Lacona in just 8 km — handy for getting around, yet tucked away enough to give you real peace and quiet.
The apartments blend simplicity with everyday comfort, brought to life through the restoration of old farm buildings within the Mazzarri Estate, producers of fine wines, extra virgin olive oil and the celebrated Aleatico passito.
Available in a range of layouts — studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom flats — the apartments sleep anywhere from 2 to 6 guests, so there's something to suit every kind of stay.
Outside, a generous shared space with a barbecue is ready and waiting, while each apartment comes with tables, chairs, sun loungers and parasols — perfect for dinners under the stars or simply lazing in the shade.
There's plenty of shaded private parking under the eucalyptus trees for your car or scooter, and two electric mountain bikes available to hire.
